Overview

Sport stacking is a fitness based sport that children from all backgrounds and abilities can do. Students will learn the fundamental sport stacking skills (e.g. individual, double, and relay) during the training programme. We aim at providing fundamental sport stacking skills to the beginner, and promoting positive learning, honesty, integrity, and good sportsmanship through sport stacking training.

Complete "3-3-3" and "6" competitive stacks correctly

Improve students' balancing and stretching abilities with different exercises
