Overview

4-years-old is the perfect age to introduce the art of gymnastics to children. Our unique introductory classes focus on developing body awareness and a love for the sport. Our little Superstars learn the importance of waiting in line, listening to their teachers, and basic gymnastics shapes and skills that are age appropriate and interactive. Classes are designed to instill a passion for gymnastics. These grassroots techniques are the building blocks for future growth in the sport and a pathway to becoming a competitive gymnast.

ESF Sports & Language offers various programmes suitable for all ages up to the Secondary level. Other than sporting courses and language studies, we have programmes for Arts, STEM, and Playgroups for young ones.
