Sports Stacking

Overview

This programme provides fundamental sport stacking skills to the beginner. Sports stacking helps students develop bilateral proficiency (equal performance on both sides of the body) and head-eye coordination abilities. The training programme will accompany cardio activities to reinforce sport stacking basics in a fun and active way.
