As a part of the wider ESF Lions Youth Football Programme, the Girls Only element provides an ideal learning environment for our female footballers to learn and develop their skills in a structured, professional and fun manner.
Using the same expert syllabus and progressive structure delivered by our top football coaches, the Girls Only football programme offers ALL girls, of any ages and any abilities, an opportunity to train and play football throughout Hong Kong.
The structure of the ESF Lions Girls Only sessions can be seen below:
After School Sessions (Ages 5 - 11yrs) - Fun recreational football sessions will allow female players a chance to fall in love with the beautiful game. Sessions available at many locations throughout Hong Kong.
Player Development Programme (PDP) (Ages 5 - 11yrs) - Taking place at King George V School, Peak School and Discovery Bay, on top artificial surfaces and with expert Academy standard coaches, the PDP sessions are longer and more focused on individual player development and ball mastery to give young players the foundation skills they need to progress. The PDP squad also takes part in regular friendly matches and tournaments to gain vital game experience.
All of our Girls Only sessions/programmes/squads are keen to include new players and so, if you or your daughter are interested in learning more, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org for further details and to arrange a free trial class at the appropriate level.
At the ESF Lions we are hugely passionate about football and youth development and consistently strive to provide the optimal learning environment for the benefit of our players. Our philosophy is one of progressive and structured development with a focus on 'more than just winning for the sake of winning'.
