Sports Section

ESF Educational Services provides out-of-school sports classes for children at numerous ESF schools throughout Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. Our students range in age from 3 years old upwards and come from a variety of backgrounds.

The Sports Section is currently seeking fully qualified and experienced applicants for the following positions in Hong Kong.

Football Coach – Part Time

The ESF Lions Football programme is always in need of energetic and enthusiastic national-governing body qualified football coaches who have a proven track record of working with children between the ages of 5 – 12 years old. Candidates should have experience of providing dynamic, progressive sessions to these young age groups as well as to older age children.

Ideal candidates should also be adaptable enough to deliver coaching to very young children aged 3 to 4 years old as well as be willing to deliver low level multi-sports coaching sessions at the highly successful ESL Sports Camps during school holidays.

The right candidate must have at least two years certified coaching experience, and whilst the position is for a minimum Level 1 football coach, the ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 coaching certificate. Candidates who do not possess a formal coaching qualification but can provide adequate proof of their coaching experience at this level of coaching should be willing to attend an ESL coaching course, at their own expense.

Netball Coach, Part Time Hourly

ESL are looking for an enthusiastic part time Netball coach to deliver fundamental Netball classes to children. Candidates will need to possess a current Netball certificate Level 1 or national equivalent Netball coaching qualification and have had a minimum of 2 years coaching experience.
