Booking Process for existing customers
Coach assessment
Coaches will assess all students approximately four weeks before the end of each term and forward this information to the office
Certificates / progress reports
Certificates will be distributed to those students who have successfully achieved all the criteria in their award level
Progress reports will be distributed to those students who have not yet achieved the level; these will identify skills that require additional work
Confirmation letters from the office
Based on the assessments from the coaches, the Head Coach will collate a programme for the new term and allocate an appropriate place to each student.
Confirmation letters will be sent out to parents two weeks before the end of term offering specific places to each student
