Multi Sports Camps

29 June - 7 Aug 2020

3 – 10 years old will love our day camps that are split into separate age groups. All camps combine a range of age-appropriate activities that aim to develop a core range of skills such as very basic motor skills (running, jumping, turning, balance) through to more sophisticated game related abilities (Speed, agility and quickness drills etc.).

  • SC0 (3-4yrs)
  • SC1 (5-6yrs)
  • SC2 (7-8yrs)
  • SC3 (9-10yrs)

At the following locations your child(ren) will spend time in the pool everyday developing their swimming confidence and skills in a safe and positive learning environment:

  • South Island School
  • Renaissance College

Please ensure that they have their swimming costumes, goggles, towels and a bag to keep their wet stuff separate from the dry. In addition, please be reminded that all children under the age of 5 must be accompanied, at all times, by a guardian (parent/helper/relative), and that we cannot continue to allow your children to partake in the swimming if you choose to leave them unattended.

Our Coaches

ESF Sports Camps are taught by coaches who are not only highly qualified, but also possess a love of sport. Our experienced team deliver our camps to the highest standards at all times and will help your child develop their skills in a way that is fun and involving.  All our coaches are registered and posses appropriate qualifications, are First Aid qualified and trained in current safeguarding and child protection policies.

Our coaches are supported by a team of young assistants who are trained and mentored to ESF Sport’s high standards. Their youth injects an additional feeling of enthusiasm in our camps and will keep your child safe and smiling during each session.

*SC0 campers will need to be accompanied for the duration of their morning camp by ONE adult ONLY (from 08.30am to 10.30am)

Due to current social distancing and Health and Safety protocols currently in place, for the safety of your children, we have had to amend the types of activities we will be delivering to remove non-contact games and teamwork elements. Students attending camps will typically be given an area of space to exercise in and practise their activity, to minimise potential contact situations.
A typical camp session will offer activities such as:
  • Speed, Agility and Quickness drills (SAQ)
  • Kids Yoga
  • Individual sport skills
  • Exercising through dance
  • Swimming (subject to Govt guidelines)
Please read our Health & Safety Protocols for Sport by clicking here.
At our Dry Sports centre, Kowloon Junior School, swimming is NOT included on a daily basis and will be replaced by an alternate, suitable activity every day.
